About the Role

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking a Business Development Assistant to join our team in Shanghai, China. This role will support business development activities across the clinical research and pharmaceutical sectors, helping to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our global clinical trial services.

Working closely with the Business Development and Operations teams, you will coordinate commercial activities, maintain accurate records, prepare presentations and proposals, and support the delivery of a high-quality client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who is interested in developing a career in clinical research, contract research organisation (CRO) services, or healthcare business development.

Responsibilities

岗位职责

1. 项目数据及台账协助 协助接收 BD 业务需求，配合发起内部项目流程；负责项目台账、CRM 系统的数据录入、更新维护；跟踪项目责任人、关键节点、执行状态，同步反馈进度异常、材料缺失、流程阻塞等问题，协助跟进事项闭环。使用 Excel 完成项目进度、预算、业务数据的整理汇总，协助输出定期业务通报，响应各类临时数据统计需求。

2. 合同、文档与投标事务执行 配合技术与商务团队整理技术服务报价资料，协助合同初稿整理、商务信息核对；负责合同及商务文件的内部流转、版本登记、归档保管；协助完成投标资料整理、平台上传提交、状态核对等基础事务，保证商务文件完整可追溯。

3. 跨部门协同支持 协助对接 BD、技术、财务等部门，同步项目信息，收集所需材料，反馈流程卡点，推动待办事项落地，支撑项目按期交付；协助整理 SOP 相关资料，落地商务制度，做好业务合规相关基础执行工作。

4. 日常项目综合支持 使用 Word、PPT 协助整理项目汇报材料、复盘资料；完成文件分类归档、待办事项登记跟进；承接业务线交办的其他商务类辅助工作。

About You

1. 本科及以上学历，中药学、药学、生物技术等生物医药相关专业优先；了解 GCP、GVP 基础概念，知晓临床项目基本运作模式优先。

2. 1‑3 年生物医药、CRO/CDMO 行业商务运营、项目支持、运营助理相关全职工作经验。

3. 会使用 Excel 进行数据整理、基础统计；熟练 Word、PPT，具备文档编辑、版本整理能力。

4. 工作细致耐心，具备基础跨部门沟通能力，能够处理多项并行事务，执行力强。

5. 有合同归档、投标资料整理相关经验优先。

6. 具备英语4级及以上同等读写能力，并能进行基础英语沟通。
