About the Role

Ensure the completeness, quality and integrity of the clinical data in database by performing/overseeing/being responsible for data management documents development, database UAT, data cleaning activities and all the other related tasks based on Company and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Act as a SME for one or more specific Data Management tasks.

• Assist in developing and implementing new technologies/department tools.

• Mentor and train Data Managers.

• New project recommendation, attend bid defense meetings and prepare for project interview.

• Author and maintain eCRF specifications, Data Validation Plan.

• Develop and maintain data management documentation, including the Data Management Plan, eCRF completion guidelines, and SAE reconciliation plan.

• Mentor and train other data managers to perform database UAT, independently conduct Database UAT and QC, ensure Database quality.

• Mentor and train other data managers to perform data review and query management activities Manage local lab workflows.

• Mentor and train other data managers to conduct SAE reconciliation and External Data reconciliation.

• Accurately track and report study metrics Establish study timelines for data snapshots and ensure quality deliverables independent conduct quality control and ensure data quality.

• Establish database freeze/lock timelines and ensure quality deliverables

• Attend data review meeting if applicable Responsible for archiving of DM documentation.

• Manage study timelines and estimate study resource requirements under limited guidance. Manage project budget. Understand the scope of work, budget and quote assumptions, estimate the work completed, manage scope and provide revenue forecast for responsible studies.

• Responsible for updating PDMS and handling other project finance related issues with limited guidance.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in medical, Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical or related fields.

• 6+ years of industry and Data Management experience.

• Has experience in independently leading a phase III studies as a lead data manager.

• Experience in oncology or nephrology projects.

• MRCT trial experience is preferred.
