About the Role
The Senior HR Analyst has responsibilities across the broader HR Operations team. This position touches all aspects of HR, as on/offboarding, benefits, compensation, organisational development, talent, performance management and many other employee programs and initiatives.
All activities must be conducted in line with all nationally and globally applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Provide operational HR support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Global HR Managers across the employee lifecycle.
Develop, maintain, and distribute regular HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, employee movements, and other key workforce metrics.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with company policies.
Facilitate new hire orientation and induction programs to support successful integration into the organization.
Process and maintain employee compensation changes, promotions, transfers, and role changes, ensuring accuracy within HR systems.
Maintain and manage job descriptions, ensuring they are current, aligned with business requirements, and support organizational workforce planning.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and IT teams to deliver an effective onboarding experience during the employee's first 90 days.
Support the implementation and administration of HR programs, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Assist with employee relations matters, compliance requirements, and preparation of documentation related to legal or disciplinary cases, as required.
Maintain employee personnel files, HR databases, and HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Support HR data integration, migration, and system enhancement projects in collaboration with HR Operations and analytics teams.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all HR records and employee documentation in line with Indian labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to maintain accurate records for contractors and consultants, including monitoring contract renewals and expirations.
Continuously review and update HR processes, procedures, and employee records to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Build effective working relationships and confidently engage with employees, managers, and stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
Communicate HR policies, processes, and organizational updates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Manage monthly payroll inputs, validations, and coordination with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Respond promptly to employee and manager HR queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of complex matters.
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including insurance enrolments, updates, renewals, and statutory compliance requirements.
About You
M.B.A or equivalent Post Graduation degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years HR experience
Strong knowledge of delivering shared services and understanding of HR systems, policies and programs
Ability to ensure delivery of professional excellence and expertise to all stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Is aware of the organisation’s key business drivers in order to function as specialists supporting the overall business
Constant communicator, asks questions, seeks knowledge and solutions
Participates in constructively shaping the organisation’s culture by providing exceptional client and employee experience
Builds trust and respect for the HR model and gains the confidence of employees, managers and HR team
Technological proficiency including Microsoft Office packages
