About the Role
Emerald Clinical Trials is expanding its European talent network and is seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA II and Senior CRA level) for future opportunities.
This is a pipelining position. Applications will be reviewed as new projects and resource requirements emerge. There may be a delay in progressing candidates through the hiring process depending on study awards and business needs.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
Ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.
Review source documentation and validate study data.
Support investigator sites throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Manage site relationships and provide training as required.
Ensure timely issue identification and escalation.
Maintain high-quality documentation within study systems and TMF.
Support recruitment and retention initiatives.
About You
Degree qualification in Life Sciences or a healthcare-related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of independent monitoring experience.
Experience within CRO, academic research, or pharmaceutical environments.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and European regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel regionally.
Experience in renal, nephrology, cardiometabolic, or oncology studies preferred.
