About the Role

Emerald Clinical Trials is expanding its European talent network and is seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA II and Senior CRA level) for future opportunities.

This is a pipelining position. Applications will be reviewed as new projects and resource requirements emerge. There may be a delay in progressing candidates through the hiring process depending on study awards and business needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.

• Review source documentation and validate study data.

• Support investigator sites throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

• Manage site relationships and provide training as required.

• Ensure timely issue identification and escalation.

• Maintain high-quality documentation within study systems and TMF.

• Support recruitment and retention initiatives.

About You

• Degree qualification in Life Sciences or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of independent monitoring experience.

• Experience within CRO, academic research, or pharmaceutical environments.

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and European regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel regionally.

• Experience in renal, nephrology, cardiometabolic, or oncology studies preferred.
