About the Role
The Business Solutions Associate is responsible for assistance with the maintenance and delivery of Business Solutions activities to Emerald Clinical projects.
Your Responsibilities
Assist with the administration, maintenance, discovery, selection, and implementation of Business Solutions in support of project activities.
Actively participate in the development and maintenance of standards and processes relating to Business Solutions activities.
Providing support with our Business Solution applications like CTMS, EAS, and LMS.
Functional expert to Emerald Clinical project staff for Business Solutions activities.
Assist in organization and delivery of training to existing staff on Business Solutions where required.
Participate in objective setting, performance management, review of the position and the planning and implementation of personal and career development activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting business applications, preferably within the clinical research or life sciences industry.
Hands-on experience administering and supporting one or more of the following systems: CTMS, LMS, Argus, or Veeva. Experience with system troubleshooting and issue resolution is an advantage.
Experience participating in vendor evaluation and selection by assessing products, services, capabilities, and alignment with business requirements.
Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and share expertise with team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other business technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
