About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our global digital marketing strategy.
You will drive brand visibility, demand generation, and measurable commercial impact across key markets. This role owns SEO, paid media, website performance, and digital analytics, ensuring all activity is data-driven and aligned to business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
• Own and deliver SEO strategy, including technical optimisation and keyword planning
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and paid media campaigns
• Deliver multi-channel digital campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
• Conduct competitor and performance analysis to identify opportunities
• Own website CMS, updates, and optimisation
• Track, analyse, and report on digital performance and ROI
• Collaborate with Marketing, Scientific, and Business Development teams
• Leverage AI tools and digital technologies to improve performance
About You
• 4+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing
• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
• Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
• Experience with CMS platforms and tools such as SEMrush, Hotjar, Canva
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
