About the Role
Marketing responsibilities related to trade show and trade organization in country of origin to include preparation, signage, logistics, sign up, document completion and local support

Your Responsibilities

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for:

• Maintain and enhance Emerald Clinical brand recognition in China market
• Update social media with content materials from master marketing plan implementation
• Initiate Marketing responsibilities in the Country of location/origin
• Interact with the Marketing Team (internal/external agency) at Emerald Clinical and carry out all marketing responsibilities within the Country of location/origin

The Marketing Assistant will need the capabilities and experience to target the following:

• Primary marketing knowledge know how to promote the Emerald Clinical service with core value.
  
• Understand CRO markets and marketing localization strategy.
  
• Knowledge of PR
  
• Digital marketing skills – website updates, WeChat updates, Baidu updates and provide marketing analytics for reports
  
• Webinars – must be able to organise, manage and report on webinars
  
• Assist the Head Global Marketing with creating a China marketing plan
  
• Own China conferences and client engagement activities and work closely with the Global Marketing team.
